So disappointing
1We are very sorry but it was beyond our control. The car has been written off. My battery was fast running out on my phone and I had to save it for the recovery people as they we're going to call. To be honest I was too embarrassed to call you when we finally got home as it was very late. We don't make a habit of this but it was beyond our control. The last thing we want to do is let down a child. If iplease hire us again at some point and we'll happily give you a discount. Once again we're very sorry. Have a nice Christmas.
