Very Professional service and aftercare. I have been using them for over 4 years now and never had an issue. Super quick responce when needed and a friendly team. Also a great price in comparacion with the big companies that exist with a clumsy service where you are just a number and no personalized attention to your case is provided. Will recomend it to everybody.

Superb service. I had an issue with my 15 year old burglar alarm, and called Knight Installations. They offered sensible, helpful advice to attempt to resolve the problem (even though they hadn't installed it), but unfortunately were not able to do so and after some discussion, we concluded that my old alarm panel had failed.

Knight Installations gave a fair quote for installing a new unit. The staff that attended to carry out the installation were very friendly, wore face masks throughout the work, and were efficient and professional throughout. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Paul installed an alarm system in our property in Wimbledon. He came over quickly and demonstrated the alternatives available to us . He was able to install the system the very next day. He is very knowledgeable and has thirty years experience in this field. Paul is friendly ,very helpful and inspires trust. To be honest he could not have done more for us and this really saved our bacon as we had a family emergency at the time. We are extremely grateful to Paul for his service and strongly recommended Knight Installations. The system he installed works well and works with a phone application and can be controlled remotely. All in all great service and product and well done to Paul and his assistant Aidan who were brilliant . Many Thanks

Returning after 16 years....A*****

Knights Installations installed a home alarm system in my first home 16 years ago...and 16 years later they have just installed another system to my current home. A company still going strong under the same management is testament to their superb service and dedication to their craft. Paul, a true gentleman, still consults each new client personally and advises for individual needs. You’ll receive a personal service, infact on this occasion, Paul took my call and arranged the property survey (on his return) whilst he was on a family vacation. Following a detailed consultation, the installation was carried out with extreme professionalism by Paul himself accompanied by an equally professional assistant Aaron. Service is second to none; when building work affected my alarm connectivity, Paul responded immediately on a weekend to help resolve technical issues. I cannot recommend this company more than this - they are everything you’d want in securing your home and loved ones; Thanks Paul
