Stranded with a new roof that leaks

Seems the company has gone. We are left with a badly leaking roof, we cannot move in and although we managed to contact Steve and he told us he would come and look at it, now after a few calls and more mails he is not answering at all. Very frustrating because I bought a flat with a new roof which is leaking all over 🙃 😑 😪 and I'm desperate...

Do not use this company

Don't use this company. They replaced our flat roof, starting leaking from the beginning. Never honoured their guarantee. Now has to be totally replaced after three years due to poor workmanship.

Quality Roofing Works

I have only this week had some work done to my roof from this company to which I would Highly recommend.Steve is very professional and reliable, when it come to his work.The standard of the work was done to the highest while given an explanation .This made me feel valued as a customer and was relieve to know he is honest. Overall if you need any roofing works to be complete KN roofing is the company.

*I retract the original review. 2 years on from KN Roofing putting on a new roof and slates are starting to fall off. The reason? They've been stuck on with mastic. The 15 year warranty isn't worth the paper it's written on as Steve doesn't answer his phone, won't respond to voice mail or emails. Rating ammended.
