No communication after cancelling job.

Cancelled same day as he was supposed to come. (Blamed the car. Not sure how true that is on a sunny bank holiday weekend.) I don’t really have an issue with the postponing of the job, sometimes things come up. it’s the lack of communication that is my main issue. No response on messages. It’s been five days since he was supposed to come, we’ve sent numerous messages, with no response.
We will have to go with a different company now, which is frustrating as most people have about a month wait time.

Fantastic job laying laminate flooring in my lounge, dining room and kitchen. Kiran gave some great advice regarding selecting the right kind of flooring and underlay to suit the different types of floor. He took time ensuring that the repeating pattern on the laminate flooring was evenly spaced - great attention to detail! Thank you.

Kieran has done several jobs for us from laminate flooring in our downstairs hallway to fitting our carpets in our spare rooms. Outstanding work every time. Kieran is also friendly, approachable and incredibly tidy. We’d recommend him to anyone!
