I would have agreed with everyone how excellent kurt was until a month ago. But he took £2400 from my pensioner mother for parts and has since done a bunk. Not answering calls, messages or emails. Don't hand over any money to this man. Look somewhere else

My forever plumber

Had KLB plumber to take bath out and walk in shower installed also downstairs cloakroom replaced Kurt was wonderful.His work ethic was great and all of his work was spot on.A great person to have around and very reliable. If I could give him 10 stars I would

10/10 service

Kurt from KLB Heating solutions came over on the 9th may 2020 and repaired/serviced my combi boiler. He has done a exceptional job with finding what was the issue straight away and getting it fixed. He was extremely professional and it dark times like the covid 19 pandemic that’s the kind of person you need to keep you and you family safe. He did a amazing job at sticking to social distances also whist getting the job done. Couldn’t fault him or the quality of his work 10/10. He arrived bang on time and was very polite. You could say a breath of fresh air to deal with a tradesman like Kurt. Highly recommended. All round good tradesman

I’ve called Kurt out a few times now, I will not go to anyone else and I always recommend him to family and friends. He has great customer service and his prices are truly fantastic, very clean and tidy.

His quality of work is outstanding and he is a very reliable person to count on, thanks Kurt much appreciated.
