Cannot fault this business in anyway from quote to completion, polite, efficient, arrived when they said they would and after service advice given. Not expensive, for the time it took to complete care and attention fully given. My Three Piece Suite looks as good as new. I would recommend Kate and John to anyone.

Excellent service and delighted with the results on armchair & carpet. Our carpets have a new lease of life. Not only are they clean and bright, but the pile has found its spring again. 5 bedroom house took approx. 6 hours, completely dry next day. Highly recommended.
