1They attended the property with no ladder and said that it would not be possible to access the soil pipe but that they would return the following day. They did not show up.
When I contacted them, they had no record of the job, no notes at all and followed this up by telling me that I was on drugs. I don't do drugs, not even medical ones.
I wanted to let others know so that they don't have the same experience.
