Kitchens Doors & Worktops

Awful, had work tops fitted but gap between back board and worktop, has taken two months for them to come back out to me. Karen in office not interested, kept saying she would ring the fitter but never came back to me. Fitter arranged several times to visit but didn’t come. Final repair looks awful.

We enquired about having a quotation and this company were really helpful and gave us a lot of useful advice. We would certainly recommend them to anyone looking for good service or advice.

Work itself is ok, but once you've paid your money not really interested in any problems. Promised a call back twice regarding a problem with my gas cooker being reconnected, still waiting and have been left with without cooker. Wouldn't use again

If you want a good experience when having a kitchen refurb DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE, they are the worst company that we have ever had the misfortune to deal with. They have just finished work on our kitchen 8 1/2 months after the initial fit day, when we had 4 doors to small 2 doors delaminating and 2 damaged doors, and parts that badly designed that the fitter did not want to install them. They are a nightmare to deal with, we wrote to Mr T Holmes Director and Mr D West Area Manager, they both ignored me. All you ever get on the phone is Karen who just fobs you off. All in all it has been a very upsetting and stressful time
