Rude!
This company was recommended to us for fitting a stairs and landing carpet. We did not know it was actually a shop as we were just given a phone number which my partner rang this morning. He explained what we wanted and the female on the other end of the phone told him they only fitted carpets sold by them and then just put the phone down without allowing him to explain that we did want to purchase a carpet. How rude and obnoxious! If this is the calibre of person they employ then I think we have had a lucky escape and will get our carpet elsewhere!

Hi , Im the only person working the office at Kingston Carpets , and i certainly didn't do this as we do fit other carpets, the only person I spoke to this week regarding anything like this i told them we did fit but couldnt do anything till after 17th sept, so not sure if youve mixed me up with another shop which happens very often as we are so close to several other shops. This is my shop so I definatley wouldn't be speaking to anyone like this . Kim . Kingston Carpets

Excellent Price and Service
I have had several carpets from Kingston Carpets over the years and I can't fault the quality of their service from ordering to fitting. Never had a problem. Will continue to use them.

Excellent Service
I have been using Kingston Carpets for over 25 years now and will continue to do so for the next 25 too. I have bought various types of carpets and also karndean, all being of an excellent standard. I would recommend this local family firm to everyone.

Brilliant service
I have now used Kingston carpets for 20 years and will continue to do so for the next 20 too. I have had carpet and karndean both of which have been excellent quality. Would not hesitate to recommend this fabulous local family firm to anyone.
