We wanted a builder who could help us realise our dream of turning an old, unloved house we had purchased into our family home.
After a recommendation from a friend, we invited Kingsland (along with others) to give suggestions and offer a quote for a kitchen extension.
We were immediately impressed by Ian's depth of knowledge and honest pricing.
We decided to go with them and couldn't have made s better choice!
Ian took on the role of project manager, allowing us to focus on our own work.
He runs a very tight operation, and his team are both skilled and polite.
They kept any disturbance to a minimum and when our house decided to throw a few unpleasant surprises (no proper foundations), they dealt with it quickly and effectively without holding us to random.
We are truelly delighted with the level of craftsmanship and care taken to ensure we were kept up to date with all work.
Kingsland are now our Go To Builder.
