Incredibly unprofessional and rude recovery staff / mechanics, seemed to think they were comedians. Were reluctant to fulfil duties in terms of recovery of vehicle or help female driver get home (despite being on their way). Excuses and deflection basically. Encountered the same cocky and arrogant attitudes, weak jibes when recovering personal items from vehicle at their compound. Will never be using their services, nor recommend them through business networking. Very amateur in our opinion, especially when drivers have experienced personal crisis and the usual stress/injury encountered in any serious traffic collision. Last thing any accident victim needs are patronizing overweight narcissists making condecsending 'wise cracks' and acting difficult because they want to get home for their tea. If you are allocated these jokers through no fault of your own, your day is about to become more miserable than it already has been.

In Devon on holiday we had a problem with the car. Rang Kingsbridge who were friendly efficient and keen to help as soon as they could. I took the car in to be greeted by friendly and efficient reception staff. The mechanic met me and asked questions that showed he knew what he was doing. Within a very reasonable time the job was done to a very high quality. Boss and mechanic told me what they’d done and gave me a printout of the diagnostics. During the whole process I was made to feel comfortable and valued. Great staff and great service. Thank you Kingsbridge!
