We asked Chris and Ben King to carry out the necessary plumbing and electrical work for an extension. They were efficient and worked very tidily. The standard of their work was high and they delivered on time and within budget. We highly recommend them.

Quality work by professional & personable people

Kings installed a dual fuel heated towel rail in our bathroom, and also a new electricity supply to our detached garage. They turned up on time and worked solidly to complete the jobs within the day. They were a pleasure to have in our home, and we are very pleased with the work they have done. Not only were they very thorough & professional, but also very respectful of us & our home, excellent communicators, clean & tidy in their work, and friendly in their manner.

Outstanding commitment

It was found that my replacement boiler couldn’t be put in the original boiler place and had to be moved to the next room. I was advised that this would not be a quick job and wouldn’t be finished in a day. When I explained that my partner is ill and therefore unable to deal with no heating overnight the young man in charge, Ryan, immediately arranged for all technicians needed to be available and then stayed the 11 hours required to complete, check and ensure that I understood the system before leaving. The job was completed to a high standard and Ryan, with his colleague Dudley maintained a good humour and politeness throughout what must have been a very tiring day.

Kings Plumbing and Electrical is an outstanding professional business. The work force are highly motivated, well skilled and very caring. They are trustworthy and honest. The organisation of the business is of a very high level where nothing is too much trouble. Work is carried out to a high specification and as a customer, I am kept fully informed of the processes. The time scale of work is accurately predicted, no cut corners and time is used most efficiently. Emergency call out is swift, calm and efficient. Very reassuring to the customer, who may well be in a bit of a panic!
