Best case they will be 25 minutes late - confirm airport booking via. Phone and dont turn up. , dont use.

i used kings cars today to royal ascot, they were very polite and reliable , today being the queens day it was busy but the communication was good by the drive dave and even the 8 seater minbus wasa comfortable drive

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I booked and paid for an 8 seater return journey for April 2022. Only a 7 seater turned up, which was not great service. I was told I would be refunded the £30+ paid for the additional amount of an 8 seater. Have emailed the company 4 times, called them 2 and nothing. Raising a dispute with my card issuer

Used this firm a few times over the last two days whilst staying at the premier inn. Really reliable and the drivers were friendly and helpful.

Absolutely awful!

Phoned up for a car and was told they’d send someone out in 5 minutes as I needed ASAP. 15 minutes later I phoned to see what was happening and I was asked “Are you sure you rang us and not Kings Langley cars?” 😡 I know the company I rang, that’s the beauty of a mobile phones recent calls list. Plus they are my nearest company. I WILL NOT BE BOTHERING TO USE THEM AGAIN!
Plus my husband has now had to walk to where he needed to get to as phone anyone else would take more time that he doesn’t have.
