Amazing, leave it to the professionals they say and wow Adam and Richard were certainly that. The morning was so stress free as the guys just handled everything at either end of the house move. Text sent first thing to say estimated arrival, then text 15 min before arrival. We didn’t get into our new property until 2.30pm and it was not a hassle, no worries was the reply, we are here ready for when you do. Just helped relax our day. Couldn’t even make the guys a proper coffee as packed the sugar…sorry guys.

Craig was great when I first got in-touch, we did a video call around the house, within a day Laura had sent an email with quotation. Quote was a little more than others we had, but due to reviews we read, and Craig’s response to everything I asked and how he made us feel at ease I knew this was who to book.

Rude and Unprofessional

Craig was an idiot, he did not turn up for the first appointment to survey my flat, he got my address wrong, he kicked a fragile £1000 picture frame of mine, he trod on my delicate £2200 chandelier made of porcelain and glass. He charged me an outrageous £4000 for removal, rang me quite persistently afterwards and left a sarcastic comment when I politely declined to use his firm. A most disappointing experience.

My initial contact with Craig was very postive giving me helpful ideas of things to do in preparation for my move. He was a very reassuring voice at this stressful time.His team on the day of the move were on time very polite nothing was a trouble for them. I was told to go and have a cuppa while they dealt with move. Double checked with me that they had everything before they departed my old property.Arrival at my new home they placed the furniture were I wanted them put even asked if I was happy were I initially placed them. They were careful not to damage my property at both ends.I would 100% recommend Craig and his team for any one wanting a removal company.

Heavy lifting with care

I needed 3 very large and very heavy items of furniture moving down some narrow stairs and up some other stairs, all with turns, to a new location which was clearly beyond me and my adult son. Craig turned up with one helper on time, assessed the job, moved everything carefully so no damage to the items being moved, walls, other furniture/units etc which required strength and care. All done with a smile as well.

Highly recommended

Kingdom Removals were very good and careful with all our things. We have a lot of stuff, including lots of books, but they worked very hard to move everything and spent twelve hours moving us from Edinburgh South to Leith. Everything was put in the right room and they reassembled beds for us. They didn't complain but stayed cheerful through the long day. Highly recommended!
