Called regarding an AEG oven, noticed the inner element wasn’t working when using the grill. Immediately called me back with video call and asked me to go through the settings to establish exactly what was going wrong. Turned out we were using the wrong position on the dial and trying to grill with the oven on 🫢 His diagnosis and honestly over the phone saved us a call out charge and wait in time. I’ve now saved their number in my phone so they will be the first to get a call if something does go wrong.

Contacted regarding a main oven not working (in new house). Messaged with issue, they called and asked if clock was flashing. Told me to solidify the clock display and oven would work.

100% accurate. Worked perfectly. Totally appreciate their honesty and support. Saved everyone's time and my money for call-out costs.

Washing machine repair

First texted the number and left a text, received a call back and that same day the engineer was looking at the washing machine. He said it was the brushes on the phone and was absolutely right. Within 20 minutes of arriving my machine was fixed and working again. Extremely fair rate and wonderful service. Would recommend to all.

Install Washing machine

Ordered a washing machine from Argos paid for recycling & installation. Received call next day to confirm delivery Sun also advised that if machine wasn' t next to sink they wouldn't be able to install it. Reason being my dishwasher is next to sink then machine. Called Terry who said he would come out Sat and disconnect old machine place outside for uplift Sun when new one delivered. He also comeback Mon night fitted new machine. Excellent service & was very helpful explained working of the appliance & made sure it was all up and running. Great service very happy would certainly recommend.

Just had my washing machine repaired by Arthur. He diagnosed ( correctly) the nature of the fault over the phone and sourced and fitted the replacement part later on the same day!! I consider this level of service and workmanship to be outstanding and the price to be highly competitive, and in my opinion, after shopping around, almost impossible for a competitor to match, never mind beat. I have no hesitation in recommending this company and will tell friends and family to look no further for any domestic appliance repairs.
