Very happy with all aspects of the service and a pleasure to do business with. We chose this firm to do some further work in our house because our previous experience of them had been so positive. Our consumer unit had just failed leaving a key area of our home without power but Keith King came to inspect the unit very quickly to ascertain how safe it was and advise us how to get by until he could carry out the replacement work. We found this reassuring. He advised us on options making our decision making easy in terms of what sort of replacement to choose.

When Keith begins the installation is it is obvious he knows what he is doing. Tidiness is so important to most householders and even when he had to chisel part of the inside of a cupboard to fit the new unit he swept up afterwards leaving things tidier than original!

I have to say I was impressed by the thoroughness of his testing of the whole of our house. In the process he discovered a few faults but carried out work to remedy these, whilst he was here, and advised us on our fridge/freezer which had a small “leak to earth”. It is a good feeling to have the whole system upgraded and with a clean bill of health. I could not recommend him highly enough to those who genuinely require the services of an experienced, competent, qualified professional to work in their home.

And the final bill was a pleasant surprise too!
