I’ve came to Kimmy’s nails for quite a while now to have my eyelashes done, I always leave the shop pleased with my lashes and always been calm whilst having them done Kimmy always makes sure I’m comfortable whilst having them done highly recommend

Poor

Really rude. I had my youngest child with me who has recently stopped feeding with me she sat next to me and nudged the table very barely but was shouted at by the woman who then said I can’t do your nails and went to leave. She then asked someone waiting in the shop to take my child practically begged her it was really embarrassing and every time I had to take my hand away to deal with my daughter she would sigh and shrug with impatience i just felt really unwelcome my nails are average. I had a basic set

Unprofessional

Do not recommend this place. I booked a appointment twice for two different occasions and both times I waited 45 minutes- 1 hour and someone who came in after me was seen before me. I had plans both times so I had to leave. After the second time I wrote an instagram message, I just explained that both times I had an appointment booked I had to leave because I had waited so long and someone who came in after was seen, i never got a response and was blocked on instagram. Feel like the customer service is very poor.
