I was on time for my doctors appointment. Another firm had let me down. Highly recommend this firm.

Shocking all get you one up in 10 min 25 min later still waiting 3x av done this in a row taxis beeps like its you that's late fk off al just phone someone with a better customer service

Never any cars available. Even when you book in advance they still turn up late ! Probably due to the incompetent receptionist , who recently gave my driver the wrong address. Then told him the wrong time !!! Said receptionist also swears down the radio to the driver , not acceptable when your young kids are in the car. Then has the audacity to deny providing wrong address to driver ! That's right it was obviously me who didn't know where I lived ! You couldn't pay me to use this service again.

A taxi company which only has 6 cars to cover all of Kilsyth and surrounding areas. Even when booking hours earlier the car will still arrive at least 15 minutes late if it even shows. Often sent to the wrong address. They have a free phone from lidl which you have to wait half an hour in the rain for. Rudest receptionist known to man and they also have a habit of smoking and sweating down the radios when you are in the taxi. Avoid at all costs unless you like to reach your destination half an hour late.
