On the 25th July I took my car in for an oil & filter change(Peugeot 308 diesel) as I have done many times in the past 15 years without problem. I collected the car up & parked it on my block paved drive. The next morning there was a patch of oil on the brickwork that had run off the undertray (my drive is on a slight slope). I would guess they did the oil change without removing the undertray & got oil into it. I went & saw Carl & he said 'Oh I meant to tell you about that but I forgot!!!, & he walked off. Had he told me I would have taken off the undertray & cleaned it. I have had someone come in to pressure wash the drive but the oil will not come off, it has soaked into the brickwork. Although it will be inconvenient (its a 5 minute walk from where I live) I don't feel I can use Kilby motors again. Brian Evans

They fit me in for a last minute MOT (…I forgot about it!) - quick, excellent and friendly service … and it passed first time, which is always nice!

Highly recommend, arrived with a problem with my screen wash pipes and they dealt with it straight away and free of charge!

Wouldn't trust these guys when i spoke to them about my car the attitude i got was unprofessional to say the least i would avoid.
