I went to Neo Shoot for fitness and to improve my MMA. The instructors were more than competent at training, had time for everyone not just the regulars and we're generally really friendly people. The academy is a clean calm place to hone your skills or loose a few pounds and suitable for the little tots right up to the oldies. I would strongly recommend Neo Shoot Academy to anyone not only because of the high level of training you revive but the personalised handleing of your training and for the price they charge. Second to none!

So glad I decided to give this place a visit. Made friends and enjoyed myself, it's coming up to a year here now and I cannot fault it. Coaches are friendly and accommodating and give you their all in each class or one to one. Has really helped my self esteem and confidence!
