Welcome to Kibworth Gun Shop and Shooting ground, Leicestershire's premier shooting facility for clays, air guns, rifle and rural recreation.
Located in 30 acres of Rural South leicestershire, we pride ourselves on our friendly atmosphere, shooting facilities and excellent multi-activity packages, team building, corporate fun or parties for that special occasion.
Shooting is exciting and absorbing and is one of the safest and fastest growing sports in the UK. Second only to Olympic Swimming, this is a sport where we consistently bring home more medals than any other sport. Increasingly popular, shooting is a disabled friendly sport that you can enjoy whether you are aged nine, ninety, male or female!
We are affiliated with the CPSA, have some 700 members and boast the best clay target layouts & ranges including DTL (voice activated release), Skeet, Sportrap, Tower Compac all on Promatic International Traps. We also have 3 covered ranges set up to meet the demand of our 200 airgun/rifle members. Affiliated with UKAHFT we have both paper targets and the knock down targets as used in major competitions.

excellent ground to shoot at5
The staff without exception have been friendly and knowledgeable.
The gun shop has a good stock of new and used guns, plenty of choice of cartridges and all the accessories that we shooters find to spend money on.
The targets are well thought out.. good use of the terrain and vegetation to provide a challenge.
The traps are well maintained - I have been in a squad of 6 shooting 100 birds each, and had nil no birds!
If you are looking for somewhere new to try, I would not hesitate to recommend this ground.
A Great Ground "Under new Management" - Well worth a visit/revisit4
The Business was sold in Sept 2018, with the new owners investing in the ground. Signage, fencing, stands and traps are being replaced/renewed with plans to modernise and refresh the Reception and shop.
The ground appears to be benefiting from the new owners cash injection/vision, it seems busier and has again started to hold competitions.
I have always found the ground to be friendly, inviting and "safe" therefore I'm unable to reconcile my experiences with those shared by MaxW-48, I would however always recommend reporting any observed unsafe behaviour to the ground staff (this relates to any ground) if you feel uneasy challenging such yourself.
Like many grounds there is no requirement to sleeve your gun between stands, Semi Auto's are safe but should be Carried unloaded and "flaged".
fun and easy going4
reception and great couches if you are a beginner or just need help with a problem stand.
its got a nice small cafe that does hot and cold food and a small gun shop that does everything you
need for shooting , shotgun or airgun ( they have air gun ranges ). the only reason they don't get
5* is sometimes the chap behind the gun counter can be a little rude and not make you feel welcome ,
also the shop is small but the ground has new owners now so hopefully these little niggles will get
Unprofessional and unsafe1
Buy from a better gun shop1
