I don’t tend to do reviews as I feel most tradesmen I’ve used don’t deserve them in all honesty.. I called kg property services ans I was needing a lot of work in my kitchen I needed a wall knocking down, doorways moving and a partition built along with plastering and decorating the gentleman “Kevin” was extremely professional and very polite he was on time everyday and just got on with his work (he even brought his own flask of tea and his meals) he gave it his all!! Myself and my wife where and still are amazed at the quality workmanship (a very skilled consciences individual) he worked around us at first but after meeting him only a few times we gave him a spare key so that he could come and leave letting us just carry on with day to day life work etc. we had arranged for another tradesman to fit are kitchen and sort certain plumbing aspects but decided to go with Kevin,and oh my we made the right choice our kitchen looks amazing another big thanks from myself and Joan kevin

Brilliant service, friendly and reliable!

Highly recommended to me after undertaking decorating work at Beachfield house IOS. Ian was easy to contact via his website and very prompt in response. Friendly and reliable Ian was very punctual and decorated our home beautifully from top to toe, we couldn’t be more thrilled to have found KG property services, a great addition to local trade on the islands!
