Keyworker Homes Ltd

This home builder aka as Envidia Homes, attempted to keep my partner's reservation fee without authorisation, and in breach of the consumer code for homebuilders (which they are obligated to follow). She had to pull out ofher reservation, and they would not return her fee, despite repeated complaints and pointing out their clear breaches of the rules. Instead they suggested that they reserved the right to take legal action against her if she pursued a claim. She took them to "Independent dispute resolution" and won her case, and was awarded a refunded fee and compensation from the builder. I wonder how many other reservation fees they haven't refunded to other buyers? They also didn't get back to her with many of the queries she raised during the initial purchase process either. Very poor all around.
