Rang round locksmiths as my door wouldn't lock,. Keyway could send a man, couldn't give me a time.. Another company arrived in 10 minutes so I rang to cancel so no wasted journey. Unfortunately engineer could not fix it so I went back yo key way. The lady on the phone shouted at me like I was a child and told me I wasn't professinal!!! I was told I would get a phone call but no one would return, she was so rude I would go out of my way to tell people to avoid. No need for theirI was someone desperately trying to get something fixed. My business went elsewhere as should yours.
