Keys4U Locksmith

Simply appalling. The locksmith claimed he had fixed the door but on first use after it still had the same problem. “Covered by warranty” they say on their site. The impression I get is the locksmith didn’t fix the right thing and now is blaming me. I paid an exorbitant amount to have this resolved and after 17 phone calls and multiple emails still nobody has bothered to respond. I have reported this company to the Trading Standards

I was locked out. The door wasn't double locked but of course I couldn't get in. The locksmith arrived within 25 minutes of calling them and within 2 minutes I was back into my place.

DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!
I call the company and the person on the phone was extremely rude and patronising! The company has prices that are apparently "standards" prices but were higher than other companies... so I would definitely avoid!

428 to break in and change night latch £15 lock. Quoted 65 on the phone to break in. But then charged 428 to fit £15 lock. Avoid

their engineer broke our electronic lock and they ignored our claim for a refund!
they sent an engineer who when putting back the original electronic lock- that worked perfectly fine until then- kept saying that it was of very bad quality. I found that strange because we never had any problem with it before he came. The truth is that he broke it!!! So I wrote to the customer service because I wanted a refund for the £ 100 he charged me. Nobody has answered my two emails. I had to call another engineer who installed a new lock. I therefore had to pay twice for the same service and lost a lock.
My advise is: do not call keys4you but call your local locksmith. He will charge you a third less than them and being a responsible professional he will be liable for the job he did for you.
