Rob is brilliant. No call out charge or minimum "labour" charge. Fast, reliable, friendly, knows his stuff. Reasonable charge - doesn't rip you off with parts and service you don't need. We didn't know, but we'd left a key in the lock inside our UPVC front door. We couldnt get in. Called several ripoff merchants, then spoke to Rob, who came out, diagnosed it and fixed it - all within 30 minutes!
