poor customer service from a local company

had a fab builder put up a garden wall, top layer of bricks are faulty, having a total nightmare getting this company to supply new non faulty bricks, no one seems interested in any way, full of excuses, very disappointing, have been trying to get them replaced for months, very poor customer service
Friends need work doing but I simply cannot recommend them. Have given them plenty of time to sort this out. Builder was fab but now needs to be sorting this out with KeyLine, very stressful
taking advice on further action in order to get these faulty bricks replaced.

Bought my bricks from them for my extension. Very happy with the price and the delivery man was really helpful at dropping them exactly where I needed them.
