Hi Mr Smith, I am a little disappointed with your review, as you have said in your review you asked us to price the job based on your house being empty, which we did. Obviously as you had in fact moved in, we were concerned about damaging any of your property, particularly the new carpets you'd had laid. When we arrived we were totally unprepared, as you had not advised us that you had moved in. I am sorry you feel let down, however i do believe this could have been avoided if you had contacted us prior to starting your job to let us know this was the case

Couldn't be more angry with Kevin Jermin. After 3 weeks of waiting for him to start work on our house, during which time he was generally unresponsive and difficult to contact, he arrived this morning only decide he wouldn't take the job after all! This was based on the fact that we had the audacity to move into our own house and, thus, that there is furniture now where previously there had been none! He might have mentioned the fact that he was expecting us to live in a hotel for the three weeks between his giving us a quote and starting work...

We couldn't have been anymore happier we had our brand new house done and it looks amazing. Would highly recommend using Kevin. We have three rooms we left plain but will be using Kevin again to finish these for us. Great price and work.
