We have been fortunate in retaining the first rate services of Kevin for over 12 years to maintain our wooden floors at St. Mary’s Church & Conference Centre, Bramall Lane. An absolute master of his trade offering very good council on all things wooden floors. His timing is accurate, with all jobs completed on time. The quality of the finished job has always been to a very high standard at a fair price for quality workmanship.

I have used Kevin for sanding floors in three different houses and can always say I am amazed by the transformation. I once used another firm when I had wanted a job done quickly, big mistake as I then had to get Kevin to redo the floor a few months later. Kevin is very knowledgeable and really does know everything there is to know about floors. He is always reliable on dates and times, works hard with an occasional break for some of his wonderful stories. The floors look good and last, he can advise and offer a range of colour and finishing. Kevin is also a very good artist and in one house painted a plain concrete slab in the floor in front of the fire place to match the sanded floor boards. Because he is so good he will be busy so be patient he is worth waiting for.. great value for money and a lovely person to know.

Kevin has done an outstanding job on my sitting room floor. In just a day and a half it has been completely sanded down getting rid of all the scratches and wear and tear of years, then given 3 layers of seal with a further sanding in between. It glows with a beautiful, subtle shine. And, as promised, there was absolutely no mess. Wonderful.

Had Kevin to revitalise our stained and scratched engineered oak wood floor. In two days it is back to its original condition and looks beautiful. A pleasure to have Kevin at our house - punctual, courteous and a great job. I enjoyed his company and his workmanship. I would highly recommend him.
