Kestrel forestry tree surgeons has been established since the year 2000 and we pride ourselves on maintaining high standards of tree work and customer service, having served Bedford and surrounding areas for over 22 years.

With over 35 years experience in arboriculture we are happy to offer free advise and free competitive quotations.

We offer an extensive range of services, crown reductions, felling, sectional felling (in tight spaces) crown thinning, crown lifting, pruning trees back from utilities, deadwooding trees, hedge trimming,cable bracing, tree planting, site clearance (green waste only) logs and the removal of both large and small stumps.

We are fully insured and experienced in all aspects of tree care.

All our waste is disposed of in the correct manner.

Very happy to recommend.

Excellent service from the first enquiry, site visit and through to the end result. Pete rescued an out of control leylandii hedge, lowered and shaped a eucalyptus tree and a conifer. All cuttings, including some which he hadn’t caused, were cheerfully removed from the garden by his assistant. Very pleased with the Kestrel service, friendly and efficient at a fair price, couldn’t ask for more..

Great work

We were delighted with all their work. Peter and his team removed a tall pine tree and some thick shrubs from our garden. We were away when the work was carried out but were very pleasantly surprised on our return as there was absolutely no mess; everything had been cleared away. The cost was very reasonable too. Would thoroughly recommend Kestrel Forestry.

Superb job

From 1st consultation to completion a thoroughly professional and friendly service. Pete’s team turned up in the pouring rain, completed a walk through of the tasks required and set to work solidly for the next 4 hours. Their attention to detail was superb, so meticulous in both the cutting and clearing up. We had to 2 tall Leyland Hedges trimmed, a tree removed and another tree trimmed. I would recommend Pete and his company whole heartedly and will definitely use him again.
