Incredible service
5A couple of hours after our call I received a call detailing a couple of options and a day later I was fully booked up and ready to go. The day before I arrived to the hotel I spoke to Kerys and asked if there was any way in which I could have early check ins etc due to arriving 5 hours before the stated check in time, I received an email later on that day explaining that she as spoken to them and my check in should be fine.
I arrived at the hotel, went to check in, the hotel informed me that my agent had been in touch the day before and they had upgraded my room to accommodate this request, I was amazed. The level of service and support Kerys gave was just incredible, I can't recommend Kerys any higher.
