As your Therapist I wish to help you take care of yourself and help relieve you of the stress and tension which is so much a part of our modern day living.

Massage therapy relieves muscle tension and promotes a feeling of wellbeing, calmness and relaxation, but Massage quite simply makes you, your body feel better.

Holistic Massage : This treatment uses the Swedish method of massage and incorporates deeper tissue techniques as required by each individual client.

It both relaxes and tones the muscles and tissues, using varied massage techniques and this can include frictions, hacking and cupping all of which help break down knotted muscles.
