I have a VW Touareg and media unit/duo unit in the glove box burnt out a few months ago. I took it to a few places in Leicester and they all said they cannot fix the problem and the car needed to go to the main dealer in Shirley, Solihull. I went to VW and they wanted to take out the dashboard, replace the duo unit in the glovebox and the whole radio unit in the dashboard console. I nearly stopped breathing when they wanted over £5500, and that price doesn't include labour charge. I was about to give up and I went to the Car Music Centre and spoke to Anup and Jay Patel. They both reassured me that this is a common problem with VW and Audi and they could fix the radio. I will admit I thought they wouldn't be able to do it but to my surprise after a few days the car radio unit/sat nav unit was replaced. No mess/damage and the best bit was it cost less than a third of the price VW was going to charge me. They were very knowledgeable, very nice and honest.

We went to speak to these guys about fitting a proximity alarm to one of our vans. Rather than try to sell us an expensive system, they informed us that our chosen option would be a waste of money and that we should do nothing. They were really honest and very friendly. Would recommend to anyone.

Brilliant advice from staff for a top of the range alarm but still fairly cheap after my car was broken in to.
