Kentish Coach Hire & Tours

Avoid this company they take your money and then cancel the trip.
I represent a Women's Institute in Kent, we still have not received any refund monies for our members trip to Thursford Xmas Spectacular, the managing director guy Jordan Cousins told me he was posting a cheque. Still not received this and cannot get to speak to anyone on any telephone numbers. They also operate Connect Coaches which has the same message on ansaphone as Kentish Tours. The voicemail boxes are full and cannot take any more messages.
A letter has been sent to Trading Standards to investigate them.

We hired a coach for our bowls club to Eastbourne for the day. The coach we received was far beyond what we expected for the price. Leather seats, a very spacious toilet and the ride was incredibly smooth. Furthermore, the courier on-board who served Tea, Coffee and some nibbles was fantastic. Both driver and courier were excellent and couldn't do more for us.

Friendly Driver & Nice Coach. We used Kentish Tours for a beano to Margate. The driver was on time and very smartly dressed. He assisted us with loading our things onto the coach and getting them off again once we reached our destination. The coach was modern and very clean. Would use again.

Booked a return trip to reading festival. First of all one coach was cancelled and there was no replacement so 74 people with 5 days worth of clothes + camping equipment were put on a 78 seater coach. Some peoples bags were on seats and in the aisles so people had to sit on the floor/stairs or even stand up for the 3 hour journey. You wernt even able to get out of your seat. On the way back the coach was not where it was meant to be and we only got told where it actually was half an hour after it was meant to leave, we had to find out ourselves as both organisers of the trips refused to answer any calls or texts. Again was extremely packed and not everyone could even sit down. Asked for a refund and i got the response "You should be paying me after all that cleaning I had to do on the bus" WOULD 100% AVOID.

I am very disappointed with the services I received from this company. I called them to book a coach hire for a very important day and paid a deposit to secure the date. I also gave them full details of the day and I was told 3 days before the scheduled day that my request would not be granted. This was a huge disappointment for me as I have several e-mail correspondence with them confirming that everything was as agreed and to be told 3 days to the event that they were un able to honour my request was soul crushing for me. No body can be held accountable. The last person I spoke with was so unsympathetic. Many time you call this company their number would either ring unavailable or when someone picks up its so noisy as if they were outside. My advice to you is to please avoid this company if you can. There are so many great companies out there that would give you a better service.
