Ken did a stellar job installing a new fireplace for my mother. She was very attached to her old fireplace that had serviced her well for 40 years. But as mum is gracefully aging, we were looking for a fireplace that could be run off a remote & one that was more energy efficient.

Ken was patient & extremely easy to work with. He came & gave us choices, an estimate & worked with our very specific timeline. At installation, Ken was clean, efficient, resourceful (our chimney is in an old house & was not standard size). And the end product gives mum a very similar look to her previous fireplace, whilst also being remote controlled & giving off more heat for less energy.
