Kempshott Cars

I have owned and driven many cars over the last 50 years both private and company from Ford to Mercedes, TVR even Lamborghini and many many more. Consequently my experience with dealers both main and specialist is very widespread. I have never ever dealt with a car dealer who has been so professional and so helpful. Nothing has been too much trouble with a slight hiccup being dealt with immediately. Chris the boss (over 30 years in the business) and son Tom are delightful people a rarity in the trade. I would go back to them without hesitation and recommend them for their fairness and honesty. If Heineken did Car Sales they still wouldn't be a patch on these guys.

Purchased a vehicle from Kempshott cars over 15v years ago and purely by chance did it again in December last year.
Was surprised to see the same guy , Chris , and concluded a deal with him in a very straight forward manner collecting the car 2 days later.
Would not hesitate to recommend both Chris and his company should you be looking for quality , honesty and first class service.

Firstly I don't think I've ever seen a second hand forecourt with so many cars in such lovely condition. I've just bought a lovely Jeep from Vince who was extremely professional, informative and courteous. There were a few little details that I picked up on when surveying it and with not a single hesitation all jobs were addressed. I'm so impressed that the next time I change one of the cars I'm going to pay a visit to Kempshott Cars first.

I bought a 04 plate Range Rover which I was assured was serviced, everything functioning and in good order.

I found out immediately that there were a few issues including a number of items that would fail an MOT.

After discussion, Kempshott Cars agreed to fix the problems and get the car a 12 month MOT. So credit to them for that.

I should have checked before completing the purchase. And maybe the dealer should have checked before selling me the car.

So, lesson learnt for next time. Make sure the car is OK before purchasing!

I recently part exchanged my car for a 4x4 and found Kempshott cars to be very polite and efficient . I needed to get my private plate swapped over to the new car ( which can sometimes be a pain ) and it was done extremely quickly and without any fuss.
I found Chris the owner to be very honest and straight forward. I love my new car and wouldn't hesitate to buy another vehicle from them.
