Kelly is a first class cleaner who get so much done in the short time she is here. Nothing is too much trouble and I've not been disapponted yet.

I have used Kelly's Domestic Cleaning Services for several years. Kelly is reliable, trustworthy and extremely good. I highly recommend Kelly's Domestic Cleaning Services for anyone who needs a helping hand with cleaning and ironing.

Only use this service if you want to do your cleaning yourself and tidy up after the cleaners - oh and receive abusive, insulting texts.

I only had this service for 3 or 4 weeks and it was poor to be honest. Shower doors not cleaned, toilet not cleaned - although she did state she had cleaned it with toilet paper from a new packet, but left the holder with an empty one!! Shoes left in a big pile in the lobby, kitchen surfaces that were clean in the middle but not the edges and tiles left untouched in the kitchen, utility and bathroom.

I terminated the services politely, stating that it just wasn't working for me and received an abusive, insulting text. Unprofessional, is an understatement.

I have had Kelly cleaning for me for about eighteen months she is extremely reliable and always on time and most importantly always leaves everything I have asked her to do lovely and clean. Would highly recommend her to anyone.
