Dan was first class in every way. Not just his technical knowledge and skill but also in his approach and manner. He diagnosed, repaired and updated my desktop within the week and it’s better than new. More importantly he is an extremely nice person and was respectful of my home and property. Dan was a totally new contact, via a random business card pick-up at an exhibition. Faultless all the way from initial messaging to completing work. Prompt, reliable, polite and patient. Will be using Dan again very soon, and have recommended to family.

Excellent work done with a calm smile

Keeping IT Simple is a dream company. Daniel is personable and knowledgeable and never flustered. I have used this firm many times and always had excellent service. The job is as long as it takes and I am very grateful for the teaching and explanations accompanying the task. My last use of this company was to take out my old computer and install a new one. A scary move when one is in the seventh decade of life. KITS did an excellent job in advising the purchase and doing the installation. I am well pleased. Very good value for money. I wish Daniel would do workshops and lessons for oldies like me, this new Microsoft is far cleverer than I am.
You would be wise to use KITS, all my friends are!
