Dan arrived on time, he was polite and listened when I explained the issue with my computer. He took the time to explain, answer all my questions and manage my expectations of the possible outcomes. I had a multitude of issues with my computer, my most immediate concern being security. I was so lucky to find KIS. Dan allayed my fears, put in some further safety measures and with such calm efficiency worked through a huge list of stuff that needed to be put right. I so appreciated his ability to address things that I found difficult to explain and I feel so reassured going forward I can call on Dan, a really friendly courteous person, for help with any IT support that I need.

Old Desktop Repair

Dan was so very helpful and informative. Got our very old Desktop to function again. He will be coming back in about 3 weeks to install our new computer. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

I cannot speak too highly of Dan Greenwood of "Keeping IT Simple"

His knowledge of computers is exceptional, in my view. and he is brilliant at any repair needed (or fitting a new hard drive as he has just done for my computer). I have known him a long time as a man of integrity, trustworthiness and always friendly and caring. I recommend Dan unconditionally. He is one of the best and I support him wholeheartedly.
