Incredible company. Very easy to book with and the results for the flooring for our business were impeccable, even with our awkwardly shaped shop floor. They even gave us great advise on what we can do to ensure that a historical part of the flooring (a semi-damaged tiled entrance) is covered in a way so that it is not damaged any further and could make it available for restoration in the future. Quick quotation, too, and great range to choose from.

Absolutely incredible customer service

I had the whole of my upstairs recarpeted in November last year by the team at KC Carpets. I went with a Cormar carpet after recommendation by Tony in the show room in Wimborne & am so pleased with it. After a short wait, Rob came to fit our new carpet over a couple of days then fit the stair runner which was whipped with a contrasting edging. He was really friendly & polite with great attention to detail & always made sure to tidy up after himself. He even fixed my little boys bed for me which had been broken for months!! Nothing was too much trouble.
We can't believe the difference the new carpet has made to the look & feel of the house. I didn't realise how awful the old carpet was...it's a delight to vacuum & always looks lovely.
From initial home visit to measure up, all the way to fitting, the customer service has been outstanding & I couldn't recommend KC Carpets more.

the team helped support Stonewater housing in fitting carpets very very last minute for a vulnerable customer. The staff were polite, friendly and on hand ask any questions I had! we called them at 4:45 on Wednesday and by 4:30 on Thursday a full 2 bedroom flat now has lovely carpets and Vinyl ready for its new family!

Having worked with Design Flooring by KC for a number of years on a professional basis, it was a no brainer when it came to choosing a carpet supplier & fitter for a personal project. They take the time to discuss your requirements and options for your budget, with friendly and professional advice to help support you with your choices. Always find them to be amenable with regards attendance to fit and this time was no exception; they worked around our project and I had no qualms of leaving them to liaise with my builders directly where needed. The standard of the fitting is impeccable and it's really transformed my home. Absolutely recommend them. Thank you!

Excellent carpet, service and fitting!

Excellent service and quality carpet from
KC Flooring. We had our top floor and stairs re-carpeted and it has transformed the look and feel of the house. We love it! The service in the shop was great, very helpful, and the fitting was done by a friendly pair who did a fab job. Would recommend!
