Amazing service!

We were hugely impressed by the polite and pleasant nature displayed by John from KBR, who really knew his stuff and advised us knowledgeably on parts and operation of our fire. Clearly a man at the top of his game and a welcome change from the dismal performance and attitude of the firm who fitted the fire in the first place.

The service we experienced from KBR throughout the entire process can only be described as excellent. The office team had to deal with delivery issues with the new boiler and then programming the works around their already busy schedule. Our engineer was Mihai and I really can’t say enough positive things about him. His work ethic, professionalism, standard of work and knowledge were all excellent and he really is a credit to a KBR. Overall a professional and first class service from start to finish and I can highly recommend KBR Services and will certainly be using them again.

From my initial enquiry to a final call to make sure I am happy with everything the service was first class. Nothing was too much trouble and all the engineers were friendly and cheerful!

We moved into our new home and wanted an out-of-date boiler replaced and relocated from downstairs to upstairs, along with some radiators relocating. After talking us through and explaining what our options were and receiving a very reasonable quote we decided to go ahead with KBR.

Klouse arrived with his apprentice promptly on Monday morning and explained fully what was required and going to happen that day. All precautions were taken to ensure no mess was made whilst working and tidied up after themselves, leaving us with a habitable home each evening.

The operation of the boiler and nest were explained once it was up and running, and what happens if there is ever a fault. We now have a nice warm home and I have a very happy wife.

The whole experience was a lot less uncomfortable than we expected, mainly due to Klouse and his team being very polite, punctual and above all professional.

I can't recommend KBR highly enough.
