My old and broken-down Dyson is like new again.

Dyson 'retired' my vacuum saying it was too old and found KBA Service Centre Ltd at the top of a Google search. Joanne answered my call and that was it, my 10-year-old DC19 booked in. 10 minutes’ drive and Anton the engineer checked the motor had blown and I took the option of a service. Picked up the next day and it was like new - replacement motor, HEPA filter, serviced and cleaned with photos on Anton's phone to evidence how thorough the clean was. The bill was very reasonable, and I could not be happier. Joanne was so friendly and had a wonderful telephone manner, and Anton was very welcoming, smartly dressed, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended and commended.

Engineer arrived today, before time advised, very efficient, His work was brilliant, diagnosed the problem straight away. He was careful and respected our property. A really first class service most impressed. Will use them again when needed.

This place is amazing! I took in my Cordless Dyson thinking it was perhaps irreparable and within ten minutes it was as good as new. Lovely friendly staff and reasonable rates too. Also nice to know my Dyson has got more life left in it. Highly recommend this place.😊

From start to finish the service from this company has been excellent!!!! They repaired and serviced both of the my Dyson vacuum cleaners, they kept me informed throughout. I will be recommending them to all of my friends and family.

Brilliant Service

Called in this morning with our Dyson where the brush bar had stopped rotating, it was diagnosed straight away, the part (a new motor) was in stock and fitted all within half hour. Brilliant service. Thankyou Paul Evans.
