A fully qualified University and College Lecturer, Katie has been using mindfulness in her own life for over 16 years and now teaches mindfulness full time in order to help people discover a calmer, happier life. She is an inspirational teacher who is equally relaxed when working with small groups or presenting to hundreds of people. With years of experience, she is able to communicate the practical aspects and transformative effects of mindfulness in ways that are relevant, realistic and achievable.

Since the COVID-10 pandemic has moved face-to-face teaching online, she now offers weekly Mindfulness for Anxiety courses on Zoom, plus regular Mindful Self-Care and Mindful Eating events. Bespoke webinars are available for charities, businesses and conferences.
