Katharine Dryden Singer & Entertainer

Katharine is available to book for weddings, corporate events or any special occasion. She began singing at the age of 14 and went on to study with the famous mezzo-soprano Constance Shacklock. She is a professional singer and singing teacher, known for her warm tone and the deep sincerity of her performances. An accomplished classical singer, who also specialises in vintage songs of the 20s, 30s, 40s and 50s in the persona of "Kitty Mai - The voice of a nightingale". Katharine is an English Heritage-accredited supplier and is well-known as a recitalist throughout the region. She often appears as a guest artist for music ensembles and choirs, and performs at private functions and corporate events. She is a member of the Bramley House Trio and the duo, Artisan Singers, as well as being the head Judge for Carlton Male Voice Choirs Music Makers Competition.
