Kate Mell Flowers

I am two hours drive away from the funeral director so had to go online to choose flowers for my dear departed nephew. I asked Kate Mell Flowers for a bright flower display and although the shape and form of the funeral flowers was attractive, the flowers were powder pink and pale lilac, much more reflecting a tribute to one's grandma rather than one's nephew. So, disappointed

Over the years I have bought loads of bouquets, plants and wreaths from this absolutely wonderful shop. Not only are they always of an excellent quality, they look stunning with such imaginative thought having gone into them. Finally, the wonderful finishing touches like the professional beautiful wrapping make every one a truly special gift. The customer service is absolutely first class, nothing is too much trouble - genuine first class and I would thoroughly recommend them.

Sadly disappointed - My partner ordered a bouquet , which was delivered to my home . Unfortunately, a significantly smaller bunch delivered , then perhaps what was paid for and 3 of the main flowers were brown with dead leaves. Furthermore, the card was a little tatty - considering this was a premium florist , so , a nice suprise with feeling of disappointment.

I ordered a £45 bouquet plus delivery of white flowers with greenery for my friend. When it arrived it consisted of 3 white roses, one stem of lilies and 3 freesias. It looked more like a £25 bunch. I was absolutely disappointed.
