The house was fantastic, especially the pool and hot tub. Kept most of our party entertained. Very spacious, nice to have an en-suite in every bedroom. The gym was also used by some of the party. We only had two minor criticisms. The wi-fi was weak. For a small investment this could be improved. The lawn had not been mowed prior to our arrival and was quite long. The gardeners arrived as we were leaving. Apart from this we all had a great time. Ray Hardy

The Chase house was amazing, we loved our stay there!

Considering there were 22 of us (family) ages ranging from 1-74 years old, there was always plenty of seating in every area of the house and garden (we had great weather too which was a bonus), plenty of glasses and dishes.

Having a BBQ was great for the family festival we had one evening!

The swimming pool was great and the younger family members made full use of this!

The only concern we had was the area outside the pool where the steps blended into the floor so we had a few near misses slipping off the step as the edges were not so clear.

What an amazing house Chester Place is! Beautifully decorated, everything that you would need for a large party of guests (of all ages) and right in the centre of Chester (with parking!!). The weather for our stay was pretty awful but it didn't matter one bit and we took the opportunity to use one of the working fire places. The games and media room also kept us all amused. If you are looking for an extraordinary place to use as a base to explore historic Chester or the North West but also somewhere to just chill out with family and friends then Chester Place is it!

This was an outstanding property. 4 generation of the same family totalling 26 people enjoyed a fabulous time where there was plenty of space and rooms to escape to if needed. The grounds were amazing where children of all ages could run off steam and excess energy including the adults. We found the tennis court great fun and the hot tub was a relaxing time to just unwind. The kitchen had a large farmhouse table big enough for fun noisy breakfasts. The dinning room we used for our evening meals, we adapted moving a smaller table by the large window so that all 26 of us could eat, talk, shout and laugh together. Precious times thank you for a wonderful house that now holds so many memories.

Gorgeous house for a getaway with friends. Everything we need to keep the adults and children entertained. Definitely recommend
