I have been working as a development practitioner for over 17 years now, supporting deep transformation in the lives of heart centred souls. My journey has also been full of adversity. I have suffered with many complex and difficult life events and understand what it is like to live through them.

At the time these experiences were incredibility painful, but I persevered and discovered tools to help overcome them. It was through these tools that I started living my best life again.

It helped me re-frame my life mission, to help other heart centred souls, learn how to start living their best lives again.

Trained in Neuro Linguistic Programming, Hypnosis, Guided Affective Imagery, Guided Meditation, energy healing, Reiki, and life coaching.

Outstanding coaching from an outstanding coach!

I approached Kari to help me deal with the pain of a 7 year relationship breakup. She has been an amazing and very insightful coach, helping me to realise that the breakup was not my fault, and perhaps my partner was not the right person for me. Kari has a very calming aurora about her that immediately puts you at ease, and you can open up to her without judgement. Kari is very knowledgeable in how to help coach you to meet your objectives. For me, I found the Reiki sessions extremely helpful in cleansing the body of negative energy. Kari also coached my on many techniques to deal with pain and loss using meditation, reflective questioning, journaling around patterns of behaviour, and the use of print visuals as a tool for state changes. Kari has proven to be very supportive of my healing journey, given me guidance when needed. This has been one of the best investments in myself I have ever made. I would highly recommend Kari to help you through difficult times.

I was invited to work with Kari in one of her Guided Healing sessions for a one-time event and it was so impactful and uplifting, that I continued meeting with her weekly via zoom calls from my home in Oregon, USA.

Her calming presence and grounded approach were something new and refreshing! The energy she brings to her work is tangible and her ability to really listen creates a safe space that allows the real work to happen on the things that are most important in life.

Because of her innate sense of empathy and compassion, her coaching is intentional, deliberate and very intuitive. I know the changes that have happened in and around my life are a direct result working with Kari. I am truly grateful for meeting her. It has been a wonderful experience that I would recommend to anyone considering working with her.

Empathetic, genuine, nurturing

I've known Kari for 17 years and have worked with her on and off throughout this time. I can honestly say that you will never meet someone more compassionate and dedicated to what they do. I have depression which comes and goes, and Kari is always able to guide me back to the path I want to be on using a range of tool and techniques. It has been a comfort to know that she is there whenever I need her. I find the guided meditations especially useful.

Fantastic teaching!

Karyn had a wonderfully 'zen' approach to her interactions with all staff and students. She modelled wonderfully mindful approaches to work and managed to get a lot out of the students through her thoughtful and considered approach. She demonstrated extreme respect for each student's opinion and they clearly knew that they were valued members of the class. She is an outstanding practitioner.

Karyn is a kind, caring, compassionate and conscientious individual who has the ability to motivate others to achieve their personal and spiritual goals. Karyn is a remarkable woman who continues to break barriers and challenge herself despite all the adversity she has experienced in her own life. I was delighted to have been invited to her wonderful Group Guided Meditations to explore my own internal thoughts and discover my inner peace. I found that her tone was gentle, calm and compassionate. She had clear guidance and insight and a solid understanding of how to initiate a feeling of inner and deep peace for all participants. Karyn has a warm demeanour that enables you to feel relaxed and comfortable in her environment. I left her session feeling calm, re-centred and more aligned with my higher self and inner peace."
