This company made a complete mess of my transporter I asked for the bumpers to be sprayed same colour as my van black after a couple weeks all the paint come of leaving a unsightly mess I contacted mr kane who I paid £300 for the work he said he would respray my van for £1000 when I got it back it looked ok but i noticed where he had filled it was showing through I thought I woul just have to live with it but then after a couple of months paint once again was coming of the bumpers I was advise by another establishment body shop that the work was not done correctly and was substandard I told mr kane the owner that I did not feel comfortable about a third attempt and requested a refund he refused I am now currently taking him to court as he flatly refused I would not recommended this company as I have had a terrible experience with them mr kane prefers to argue rather than resolve any issues I will put an update after the court case AVOID at all costs

Gave my car for repair and spray job. Find out a week later they took the vehicle out for a evening, with pictures being uploaded on face book!!!
They even curbed a alloy(half a inch) as all four wheels were new!!!!!

Ridiculous is an understatement!!!!!

i have had my alloys refurbed 3 times, eash time has been bad. on collecting my partners car before returning for the 3rd time, john said that i could have £30 back from my refurb for the inconvenience of coming back, he then also said that if they are not 100% when i have my car back then i can have the rest of my money back to have them done somewhere else. on collecting my car after the 3rd "refurb" i told them that i will clean my car off the next day to allow for extra drying, before i even cleaned my car i found a run mark. i contacted john who said to bring it back for him to redo at the end of the week, i said i havnt checked the others so will call back. on checking the others there is a rag/material impression on one, marks in hole where my bolts have been put back in and 2 more runs on the alloy. i have now been told im not gettin my money back as damages like this happen? i advised them that i will be writing a bad review which they responded they will about me? FOR WHAT!
