AVOID THIS PLACE!!!

After being charged a lot for repairs on my car, I was shocked to find that the issues I had initially brought it in for were still persisting. I paid more at this garage thinking I’d get a better and reliable service - but of course not! If anything it’s the opposite..
Naively hoping for some accountability, I decided to take my car back, only to be greeted with their nonchalant response and solution: “Oh, you might need ANOTHER fix, which will cost you AROUND an additional £90”
Wasn't their job to fix the car properly in the first place? It became apparent that they were more interested in squeezing every last penny out of me rather than ensuring my car was roadworthy.

Booked in for an MOT with them. I dropped it off they rang me when it failed told me what it failed on and how much it would cost to repair. Was very impressed with the cost. Repairs where complete swiftly and I can honestly say this is some of the best customer service I have ever got. I think it was Simon and the derby branch. That man needs a raise!.

First rate service. They gave me sound advice, explaining clearly what was required to enable my car to pass an MOT test. Everything was arranged without fuss and nothing was too much trouble. Will definitely use them again.

I've been using this garage for a few years now and they are great. Very friendly, professional and honest. As a female who knows nothing about a car engine their honesty and care has been so much appreciated.
