Rejected request for refund on drinks we had to scrap because of their incompetence - Terminated contract with no repercussions - Went with new company - Financially out of pocket.....etc etc

Terrible support service, no engineer for days and then he couldn't fix the machine. We ended the contract at our expense. Worth it to get away from these crooks!!

After 10+ years of good service we had a breakdown. The engineer didn't turn up when stated and when eventually did he said "haven't got any spares mate" and walked off. We were left for over 3 weeks without any contact from Kafevend and no machine during our busiest time of year. Needless to say we dumped them. They then went on to rip us off for a load of drinks we couldn't use because we didn't have a machine! Stay well clear!

I worked with them, I would like to end my contract, but they do not let me. I am not happy with the way they work. They very much enjoy exploiting their customer. They are all for money.

I would never ever get closer to them again.

If you are thinking about getting a lease, or a coffee machine or anything else from them, I would strongly recommend to never ever get any closer to them.

They do not have any respect for the customer, no understanding, and absolutely rude.

If you sign an agreement for over three years with them, it means they will never let you break it even if you hate their services.
